What Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data that is reasonably necessary to operate the website, answer enquiries, prepare quotations, manage verified customer accounts, protected order records, and requested communications, and protect our services. Depending on how you interact with the website, this may include:

Any legacy portal password remains protected with one-way password hashing. LiVAR does not request payment-card details through the portal.

Quotation Requests & Payments
The current website prepares quotation requests and does not process online payments. Product prices, taxes, shipping, delivery, payment method, and payment timing are confirmed in an official LiVAR quotation, invoice, or other accepted commercial document. Any later payment is arranged outside the website under those documents. Do not send card numbers, security codes, or online-banking credentials by contact form or email.
Website Logs & Measurement
The current website does not load a third-party visitor analytics service. Web-server, hosting, and security systems may still record technical request and error logs needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service. If LiVAR later enables an analytics service that materially changes this processing, this Policy and any required consent controls will be updated.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies, local browser storage, and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, and security.
- Quotation-cart storage: keeps selected product configurations in the visitor's browser so a quotation request can be prepared.
- Essential and security technologies: support requested functions, protect forms, and maintain separate secure administrative and customer sessions.
- Preference cookies: remember settings such as language, region, or interface choices.
- Third-party content: an external service may use its own technologies only when its content or link is opened.
You can restrict cookies or clear browser storage through your browser settings. Doing so may reset preferences or remove quotation-cart selections.

Pages on our website may contain embedded videos, images, maps, articles, or other external material. Interacting with this content may operate in the same way as visiting the third-party website directly.
The external provider may collect data, place cookies, use tracking technologies, or monitor your interaction with the embedded content, particularly if you are logged in to an account with that provider. Its own privacy policy governs that processing.
