Product overview

UNI-SMART 85 LiVAR is a dedicated PET JAR sealing machine for the exclusive 85 mm / #305 mouth system. Its touch interface, automatic and manual modes, optical sensor and smart height adjustment support consistent production workflows.

Touch-screen control

The upgraded full-colour TFT interface provides direct access to sealing controls. Seal and emergency-stop controls remain available on the machine panel.

Smart height adjustment

The machine supports LiVAR PET JAR heights from 6 cm to 20 cm without replacing the base. This allows the Cylinder, Round and Square JAR range to be processed using the same 85 mm sealing standard.

Compatibility

  • LiVAR PET JAR containers with 85 mm mouth.
  • #305 FO and EOP aluminum lids.
  • Use verified sealing parameters and complete leak and opening tests before production.
